The Rolling Hills Estates Business Owners Association (RHEBOA) was organized in 2006 to provide a vehicle for business owners in the Economic Re-development District of Rolling Hills Estates, California, to work with the City administration and others to mitigate the negative impacts associated with the City Re-development plans and to assist the City in achieving a successful outcome.

This website is intended as a communication tool to keep business owners and managers and interested citizens informed on the latest developments and news affecting the core business district.

There is no charge for membership although donations are welcomed to help defray out-of-pocket costs associated with communicating to our members and friends and the maintenance of this website.
